RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS POLICY

This policy details our reservation conditions for larger groups. Large groups may be seated over several tables depending on final numbers with a maximum of 10/12 per table. This policy forms an agreement between Coast and our customers so that your function is well planned and runs smoothly.

Restaurant Bookings for large groups (20+) includes the following:

• A set three-course menu, (includes at least three choices in each course) is provided at $88.00 per person    or $78.00 per person for alternate drop, coffee & panforte – costs quoted include GST.
• Beverage charged on consumption.
• Canapιs on arrival can be organised at a minimum cost of $12 per person.
 

THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY TO THE ABOVE BOOKING

• A deposit of $40 per person is required to confirm all bookings All prices are inclusive of GST
• No speeches, telegrams or private entertainers are allowed at parties in the restaurant
• Pre-select all beverages at least 7 days prior to the function, to guarantee your selection.
• Final guest numbers are required 2 days prior to your function. This will be the minimum number of guests charged on the day.

DEPOSITS 

• All bookings are considered tentative until a deposit has been paid.
• All tentative bookings will be held for a period of seven (7) days, the booking will be released if deposit has not been received.
• A deposit of 50% of the quoted minimum spend is required to secure the booking date.
• We accept all major credit cards – please complete the form enclosed and fax through on (02) 9267 6711 
• Deposit can be paid in person using cash, credit card or cheque
• Cheque can be mailed (Cheque should be made payable to Coast Restaurant)
• All accounts are to be settled in full on the day of function.

STAFF GRATUITY
• An 5-8% gratuity is applicable for large group functions.

CANCELLATION

• We will refund all deposits if cancellation is made in writing more than 31 days from the date of the event.
• If notice of cancellation is less than 31 days from the date of your event your original 50% deposit will be retained by Coast
• If cancellation is within 7 days of the event 100% of all deposit/payments will be non-refundable.

Coast Restaurant’s booking policy / terms and conditions must be completed, signed and returned with a deposit to ensure your Restaurant Large Group booking is confirmed.
