RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS POLICY

This policy details our reservation conditions for larger groups. This policy forms an agreement
between Coast and our customers so that your function is well planned and runs smoothly.

PRIVATE DINING ROOM BOOKINGS - PARTIES OF UP TO 20 PERSONS

• Guests will be seated on one rectangular table in the Private Dining Room
• No hire charge is levied, however there is a minimum spend of $1,500 for lunch and $1,800
for dinner is required
• An 8% gratuity is applicable to tables of 10 guests or more.
• The Bella Vista a la carte menu is available or a set menu may be devised if preferred.
• Food and beverages are charged on consumption
• Canapιs on arrival can organised at a minimum cost of $12.00 per person
• A deposit of 50% of the minimum spend is required to confirm all bookings.

RESTAURANT BOOKINGS - PARTIES OF 10 TO 24 PERSONS

• Guests will be seated over two tables in one section of the restaurant.
• A set three-course menu (includes at least three choices in each course) is provided at
$88.00 per person, or two courses for $72.00 per person includes coffee & panforte.
Beverage is charged on consumption
• A deposit of $600 is required to confirm all bookings
 

RESTAURANT BOOKINGS - PARTIES OF 25 TO 45 PERSONS

• Guests will be seated over several tables in one section of the restaurant.
• A set three-course menu (includes at least three choices in each course) is provided at
$88.00 per person or two courses for $72.00 per person, includes coffee & panforte.
Beverage is charged on consumption.
• A deposit of $1000 is required to confirm all bookings

THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL THE ABOVE BOOKINGS

• A gratuity of 8% is applicable to the total bill
• All prices are inclusive of GST
• No speeches, telegrams or private entertainers are allowed at parties in the restaurant
• Pre-select all beverages at least 5 days prior to the function, to guarantee your selection.
• Final guest numbers are required 2 days prior to your function. This will be the minimum
number of guests charged on the day.
• A surcharge of 10% applies to all reservations on Sundays & Public Holidays, on these days
the gratuity mentioned above is at the diners discretion.

DEPOSITS 

All bookings are considered provisional until the deposit has been paid. Tentative reservations can
be held for 7 days. Deposits can be paid in cash, credit card or cheque (made payable to Coast
Restaurant). Credit card details can be accepted in person or by faxing the debit authority form.
The balance of the bill to be paid at the end of the function.

CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, Coast requires a minimum of 5 working days notice to
ensure a refund of your deposit.

return this letter to confirm your understanding and acceptance of these conditions.
