We continue the tradition of food prepared simply using classic philosophies and preparations. The menu is designed with Mediterranean influences in a modern contemporary Australian setting. All produce is carefully selected with quality primary ingredients chosen to showcase the talents of the kitchen.
At Coast we are excited about the market menu as an idea of offering a value dining option while not sacrificing quality in any way. Owner, Tim Connell, wanted to embrace a "cucina casalinga" option to the dining experience, where the kitchen cooks from the days "shopping" as an Italian Signora may cook for her family, after visiting the markets. These 2 ideas are the corner stone of the Market Menu at Coast (dinner only).
