Pannacotta berries and grappa
The simplicity of the vanilla pannacotta can't be beaten - the grappa poached berries give the dish a depth of sweetness.

The home made torte of the day are very lovely, the torte can be flavoured with vanilla, hazelnut, lemon, chocolate, orange or fresh fruits. The consistency is always tasty and not heavy. Served with a a house mascarpone cream to give a pleasant sticky creamy taste on the palete.

I like the earthy presentation of this dessert and the flavours are warm and satisfying. Very nice with a glass of vin santo.
