| Everyday Coast offers up to four different varieties of Sydney Rock, Native Flat Angasi and Pacific, depending on the availability, the quality and the flavour of different species throughout the year. All these oysters have their champions and we present them freshly shucked in their juices with either lemon or eschalot wine vinegar. |
