Everyday Coast offers up to four different varieties of Sydney Rock, Native Flat Angasi and Pacific, depending on the availability, the quality and the flavour of different species throughout the year. All these oysters have their champions and we present them freshly shucked in their juices with either lemon or eschalot wine vinegar. 
Order a mixed dozen and enjoy the differing flavours that regions and varieties produce. You can be sure that they have come from dedicated farmers and have been handled with care by enthusiasts.
