We were excited by the idea of offering a value dining option while not sacrificing quality in any way. Owner, Tim Connell, wanted to introduce a “cucina casalinga” option to the dining experience, where he cooks from the days “shopping” as an Italian Signora may cook for her family, after visiting the markets. These two ideas married beautifully allowing us to offer our new Chefs Market Menu.
The menu is our way of eating with friends and family, a shared experience enjoying beautiful seasonal produce.
It also offers a delicious alternative for business dining.
The menu will change daily, dependant on the pick of produce from our providores and is available for the entire table only.
The Chefs Market Menu together with our A la Carte and The Tasting Menus now offers three ways to dine at Coast.
